Friday I went to Kroger for our weekly grocery ration and discovered a great deal on steelhead trout. I dropped a package of fish in the cart and Googled a recipe. We had it for dinner tonight. It was amazing! I plan to check the fish freezer at Kroger tomorrow for more.
