Coffee Shop: Part 4

I like Starbucks.

Since their conception in 1971 Starbucks has changed the way society views, drinks, and enjoys coffee.  Their mission "to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time," has worked.

My spirit is influenced even though the closest street corner, shopping mall, or kiosk containing a Starbucks is 42 miles away.

Howard Schultz, chairman, president and chief executive officer, established  "a different kind of company. One that not only celebrates coffee, but also brings a feeling of connection."

Many view Starbucks as the anti-Christ of coffee shops.

I like Starbucks.

I like their grande decaf mocha.

I like the community atmosphere.

I like their merchandise.

I like their stores' interior design.

I like their iPhone app and all the features.

I like their philanthropy involvement.

I like their fair trade practices.

I like their artist vibe.

I like their tall green tea latte.

I like Starbucks.

What is your take?
